What kind of businesses are you looking for to sponsor this event?
The ideal Pine Island Prep sponsors include insurance providers, emergency preparedness product suppliers, property damage lawyers, hardware/home improvement suppliers, healthcare providers, financial institutions, utility companies, local media outlets, and any other local business that has a vested interest in their community and its safety.
What is the expected attendance?
We anticipate a turnout of approximately 800 – 1,400 attendees, including families, homeowners, first responders, and local businesses, all with a vested interest in hurricane preparedness and the community.
What marketing exposure will I receive before and after the event?
Sponsors are featured in our pre-event marketing including: social media advertising (presenting sponsor only), social media posts, website, emails, postcards, etc. Sponsors will also be featured and thanked in our post-event marketing including social media posts and emails.
Our anticipated pre-event reach is 50K – 70K people.
Can I choose where my booth will be located?
Yes! You will get first choice at booth selection.
What’s included in my booth?
We provide tent-covered 10’x10′ booths (20′ x 10′ for the presenting sponsor) which will include electric hook-up, (1) 8’x2′ table (3 for the presenting sponsor), and early access for booth setup.
You will also receive backlinks on PineIslandPrep.com, social media mentions, logo inclusion on printed event brochures, and have the option to provide branded materials to be included in the event giveaway bags (due by August 23rd).
You receive first access to reserve a 30-minute speaking opportunity (2 for the presenting sponsor) at the event as well!
What are the event hours?
The event runs from 9 AM to 3 PM on August 30th. Be sure to check the schedule for any special sessions or activities!
When can I set up my booth?
You will have early access to set up your booth the morning of the event (August 30th) starting at 7:00 am. We are also hoping to offer set up hours Friday night before the event (August 29th) – more details to come.
How can I promote my sponsorship and booth?
Get creative! Use social media, flyers, and even email campaigns to promote your presence at the event. We also encourage vendors to interact with attendees on our event platforms!
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Potentially. This event is made possible by Creative Quest Marketing Inc, a for-profit entity. Consult with your tax advisor for confirmation.
